Had a reality check recently and realised I had way too much gear

Now finished downsizing sold my trolley and cart bag kept the carry bag

Sold the Garmin

Sold the spare set of irons

Sold 3 wood, driver, 4 wood and couple of wedges to golf bidder ( easy )

Now left with a good set of necessary gear for when I wish to play ( my PING G25 )

Its been like therapy and more room left in garage now !:D

I need to do this too. Got a rbz stage 2 3 wood, jpx 800 irons and maybe my ping anser putter to shift.

I keep more than I sell ! :o

another putter won on ebay today ! can never have too many putters. you guys are weak ;)

Great work Gary, what putter you got?

Didn't realise you were in the putter collecting business aswell as me!?

I need to get rid of some stuff really, starting to get comments from the good lady which is always the sign......

I had a purge this year, got rid of a 4wood, a couple of driver heads, a 910 driver, hybrid etc... Might unload my g20 and g15 dunno the wife is not nagging me at the moment. Some stuff just isn't worth the effort though. My bag looks quite settled as I have sorted it out via some shrewd eBay deals except my driver but that was birthday money and the stuff I had squirrelled away. The putter came out of storage, it was going to be ebay'd but had a last chance and we fell in love ... Now I am worrying about having a replacement just in case something happens to it.

Cleveland classic putters are frightening value for money

I'm the same as you, in denial about mallet putters hence me trying to sell some blade ones!

love putting with my bullseye. I use it quite often in practice but I miss too many short putts with it. I find 3 footers that much easier with a mallet!

I have just done the same thing as my garage was beginning to look like an AG Outlet! The wife was getting the hump so I finally bit the bullet and spent a morning taking pics and getting onto eBay.

Originally I was tempted to take to Golfbidder as they're only up the road from me however I decided not to take the lazy option. As things stand, with just over 2 days to go until they end, I am probably around breaking even as to what Golfbidder would have paid so I should make a decent little profit.

The garage is going to look much clearer and I just now have to avoid filling it with more golf related clutter!!
