I bought a packet at Newton Stewart the other day and on the back it had five little instruction drawings on how to use them.
They must have been an Essex order that got mis-directed.

is this supposed to be funny? why post this? why insult people from essex? how would you like it if scotland was insulted the same (oh yeah weve seen the toys that come out of the pram on various scotland threads lol)

bit of an over reaction there, I'm sure Doon was making a very lighthearted comment.

P.S I use M&S bags as poo bags- I have a very large dog

How very up market of you - Tesco bags here :p

What is it with owners putting the poop in a bag, tying a knot and then leaving it on the side of the path or hanging from a branch?? The world has indeed gone mad!

Yes, that one confuses me. It would be better if they left the dog poop on the ground, at least it would wash away with the rain rather that stay in a plastic bag on the ground.

Depends on the owner and where it is. I have seen dog owners who do this because they know the route has no bins but pass by on return and pick it up again to throw in a bin. If this isn't the reason and they just leave it they are tits.

IF using a supermarket bag, to pick up dog poop, always worth checking said bag doesn't have those little holes in the bottom, you'll only forget to check once.

I tend to use the small purpose made poop bag as a glove, inside a supermarket bag, double bagged, with no chance of leakage.

The whole leaving poo bags hanging on tree's and checked in bushes really gets my goat, you might as well just leave!!!!

We buy scented Nappy bags, can keep a fair few in your pocket and with two dogs i often need those!

Saw a guy the other day walking three Rottweiler's, he didn't so much need a bag as a sack and shovel, he didn't pick up after any of them and no I wasn't going to ask him to do so.

Have you checked out the instructions on Microwave Food from Laings stores?

I bet it says 'Caution. contents may be hot'!

tried them once but they are so thin. When you have a big dog with big poo nothing works as well as a 5p M&S 'GREEN' bag:whoo:

Nappy sacks for us too. Great for keeping in your pocket and smell nice after you have sealed them.
I always buy good quality nappy sacks as there's nothing worse than a finger breakthrough.
