Having stumbled into WW3 on the Andrew Neil thread, an issue of similar magnitude has crept up on me and threatens my peace of mind and sanity. Putter covers. Does yours match the brand of your putter?

Unlike the US Marines, I left a man behind on Saturday, my ripped and tatty Odyssey putter cover. I am in an anxious and frantic search for a replacement but begrudge spending more than pennies on something to keep my putter warm. Of course, having no cover is not an option, as then I will look precisely like the 16hcp hacker that I am, and not the 'all the gear no idea' elite 'better player' I aspire to be.

So, does your cover match your putter? What should I do??!

During the summer i tend to take the cover off the Putter, Scotty covers are always falling off. My mate Dave has lost his cover umpteen times, its always been handed in though.

Doesn't match on any putter I have

Taylormades putter has a Royal Liverpool Cover

Scotty has a Woburn cover

How about a multi purpose cover ? :D

Not exactly a ringing endorsement for Scotty Cameron putters! I would expect for the money they cost that as a minimum the head cover acts as a head cover....

Never used a putter cover. Take it off when it comes home from the shop and never gets put back on again.

Mine matches and is the original. If I lost it I'd replace it with the same one...weirdly my driver and fairways don't match but they are an assortment of soft covers (dog, Mickey Mouse, Man City sock). There's no doubt I get very set in my ways golf-wise (ok so probably everything-wise!)...2 pink and 2 red castle tees in right trouser pocket, magnetic pitch repairer in rear right pocket, glove when not being worn in left trouser pocket and so on!!

Black swirl Odyssey on my 2 ball ProType and a Hoylake Open Odyssey one on my TT3 and seeing as Odyssey are part of Callaway I'm going to call that matching!

Yes and no :D

Mine is an Odyssey cover to match my V-Line, but not the stock cover. Got me a #Buckets headcover.

They do a blade variant too

Odyssey 2 ball cover got lost a couple of years ago, spent ages trying to find a replacement to no avail, ended up with a versa cover instead.

Ping Ketsch (recently purchased in H4H auction) has its own cover, at least until I lose it........
