Does SkyCaddie work in really thick fog ?

:D Why shouldn't it? It doesn't stop working if the sky is cloudy and all fog is, is ground level cloud.
(Another argument in the laser v GPS debate)

if it's that foggy, should the course be open?!

your gps can't tell you if there's someone crossing the fairway 200yds in front of you.

Could be a feature to build into the next revision of SS2. A column for drives in the fog maybe ? They definately go at least 375 yards, even on cold mornings ;)

Golden rule of playing in fog. Shout fore after every shot,so no one can sue you!

We have a local rule that if you can not see greenside bunker on the first you can not play.Bunker is 330 yards from tee,and the hole is uphill, but we are a club of enormous hitters!!

Personally if it was that bad I'd have gone no further than the kitchen door in the clubhouse to order my bacon sandwich and pot of tea. I wouldn't care if SC worked or not. Its hard enough playing when you can see a) where you are going and b) whether you have hooked or sliced that particular one

Normally we would not play in such conditions but the last 5 Sundays have been a washout and we were desparate.
