does anyone use a 2 iron?

I use a Mizuno FliHi 18* 2 iron when I'm playing links courses. Very easy to hit both off a peg and a decent lie on the fairway.

I've a Titleist TMB and love it, so easy to hit high/low off a tee or fairway. Really impressive clubs, I had the 3 iron previously aswell.

Same, Titleist TMB 2-iron has been in the bag for a year and has fast become my favourite club

Previously had a Mizuno MP FliHi 18 degree which was good and now using Srixon Z U45 which is an awesome club.

The TMB and Fli Hi both look like great clubs. Will see if I can pick one up on the cheap.

Unless... what would you consider selling your Callaway X prototype utility for Sybez?

Ive a mizuno Mp37 2 iron with a a s400 shaft, only carries maybe 190 yards but under the right conditions runs another 50. us that a fair bit in summer on tight drives

there are only a couple of clubs i've ever owned which from the first moment i picked them up seemed light years better than anything i'd had before.

one of those is the Titleist TMB long irons.

Switching the 3 Hybrid over to a 3 MPH5 Iron next week! Hit it a lot better and hate looking down at hybrids. 2 Iron would be the next step I think!

So many of those quoted are not really irons though, more bloated, semi hybrids really. Clunky stuff, off the ugly tree.

I do not have a 2 iron at present, but my tourstage 3 iron is a thing of beauty, with a razor thin top line.

I'm interested in the Titleist tmb since so many people are recommending it but can only find new ones for £149 sheets, not sure I'm going to get one for that much since I've just had a second kid.

I have a Ping Rapture 2 iron, 18 deg. It is really a driving iron but is really easy to hit off the tee and off the ground.

I originally bought it to replace a hybrid when playing harder , running courses like a links or some heathland course in summer. It has actually become one of my favourite clubs and it stays in the bag all the time now.
