Dodgy zip on Titleist bag

One of the zips on my Sta-Dry carry bag has begun to pull away from the pocket.
It's less than a year old so I called Snainton - who I got it from.
They asked me to e-mail a photo of it, they would forward it to Titleist who would probably replace the bag.
Well, e-mail sent.

Lets see how good Snainton and Titleist are.....
I'm hoping for good things...

Well.
Good things are happening.
Titleist are replaceing the bag which should here wednesday.
Just got to box up the old bag and the Courier will collect it when he drops off the new one.

Job Done.
