Sorry, you're quite right of course. I'm not at all on the right forum. I would rectify my mistake, but there doesn't seem to be that possibility.

TBH it is a fair question.

However, I am sorry, I don't currently know of anyone who is having issues in Spain. Most of my friends who have Spanish properties are quite happy.

I personally don't think this post contravenes the guidelines set out for forum use. If any thing, a documentary exposing some of the scamming that goes on with property in Spain could help many golfers avoid the pitfalls.

Hope the documentary goes well fella.
