Do you live in a 'Desirable' post code?

Huh - Yateley? Well we are a GU code 25mins from Yateley. OK living in GU postcode but do they ask about cost of living? Painful...and so I guess that's why Yateley comes high - more affordable housing there than any other Hart location.

its used by insurance companies to shaft you both ways.

desirable post code means you have lots of expensive things = big premium

undesirable post code means your neighbours are plotting to rob you = big premium

A london thing for sure. A postcode is just so your mail has somewhere to go, not a status symbol. Nice to see our tax payers money going to good use by the BBC.

Hmmmm... Not quite sure how it is a "London thing".... No mention of London anywhere that I can see... And, where does the Beeb come into it? It's a Royal Mail 'report' which is now in private hands...

Stuff the postcode ...

Going out Front door, and to my Right 110 yards is 19th -turn Left and about 260 yards is 18th Tees. Out back running left to right is the 10th, with the Tees about a 200 yard walk.

Fantastic bit of non newsworthy excrement when they leave part of the UK out... Quite a few desirable areas on NI too, if they bothered looking.

Totally agree......Port Askaig is the only decent one.

TIDWORTH.........you have got to be joking. Armed troops and tanks on the streets. Safe maybe.....then maybe not.

Load of nonsense.

Not a bad golf course but unless you in the army , what else is there

Earley???????????? Some mistake surely. Not the most desirable RG code by a long chalk. Very dubious list

That's what I thought! In fact not really any real nice parts of reading, you need to get away to Henley, marlow or come my way to some of the little towns. I would say hungerford, but I suspect michael Ryan has ruined the postcode.
