I love buying new gear. I have so many golf shirts and pairs of trousers.
But if I am playing in an important game, I tend to wear one of my favourite outfits.
An old standby, one I consider "lucky".
If I buy anything new, I like to break it in gently, say in a friendly game, to find out whether it is going to work for me or not.
Do you have such superstitions?

It's not superstion if you started doing this after the age of 29. It's a seroius condition that's been well catalogued and recorded.

Better call the GP and get yourself checked for "OldFartItis". :ears:

I thought I did, but I wore the same gear I won my H4H's comp the following year and poo poo'd :(

So, its all a load of baloney, I like to look and feel good, that'll just do for me

I love all your negative comments in every post, a true advertisement for NGT, that apparently works!!

Really struggling after a decision to break a 30 year cycle of overswing. Chopping it big time as Ads749r will testify after Studley Wood. No amount of NGT can help that. Need to break the back of the change first. Big difference. Once I am confident in the swing I will use NGT on the course. Winner and sixth in last two club comps so think NGT has been doing ok ta

I asked in a previous thread but you obviously declined to answer, and its a genuine question Martin, I'm not having a pop, wasn't your handicap the same 12mths ago when you did the NGT course and have been using it now for 12mths and you constantly promote it and state it works, and yet your handicap hasn't lowered, how is that a testament for NGT working?
