Who else has been very disappointed with their clubs summer signings. Take a look at my LIverpool, WTF is going on?

OUT:
Kuyt
Bellamy
Carroll
Adam
Aqualani
Aurelio

In:
Alenn
Sahin
Borini

Absolutely shocking transfer window. How has Rogers let Johnson go up to Sunderland without putting up a fight. He would have been perfect out on the wing at Anfield.

How does everyone else feel about how their club has performed in the transfer window?

I was pleasantly surprised at how much buying Tony Mowbray did at the mighty Boro. And some of the signings are already showing good promise - the team has scored 10 goals, and every one of them by a different player.

Should he have sold Emnes when he had the chance? Yes! He flatters to deceive and is frustrating to watch. Should he have sold Bennett to Villa? That was a good bit of business. An inconsistant player who gave away too many games last season by getting caught out of position. The flip side, thank God he managed to keep Rhys Williams, probably the best(?) versatile player in the division.

A very good transfer window for The Boro.

The bloomin gunners seem to be losing their best talent every year, until the only ones left are noobs or players no one else wants!
I used to think arsene was a god but now I'm not so sure.....

its been like this since 2006 when kroneke took over all hes doing is asset strip the squad . Arsene`s done wonders with what he gets to keep

Fair point but at what point does he say enough!
Seems more depressing at the start of every season wondering how we'll manage a respectable result against the BIG boys instead of starting with that excitement that comes from having a real chance. I'm not feeling it at all

With the current strategy of the board Arsenal have been reduced to a mid-table team and were lucky last year to get Champions League. I'll try and make the most of this year and go to a couple of champions league games as I don't think we will be in it next season.

As a Villa fan I am happy(ish) so long as the giant striker Benteke hits the ground running. Not sure about the lower league players brought in but will give them a chance in a young in-experenced team.

Happy deadline day for me as we kept our top men , actualy the Best transfer window for us for years,( Everton for those that dont know) scary yesterday when we were buying the boy Oviedo , i was sure bainsey was away .. top start for us, top signings ... heres hoping for our best season ..

Strange window for the reds across the park right enough , Rodgers a decent manager tho

Well I'm an ecstatic Hammer. Best deadline day for a long time :D Diame, Juuskalainen, Collins, Jarvis, Maiga, Benayoun and Carroll the main players coming in and none of our main players left.

I simply cannot fathom what Liverpool were playing at???? Rogers has made himself a very uncomfortable bed. I also can't understand why Fergie hasn't bought a centre mid. I actually think Arsenal have done ok. Once settled Giroud, Carzola and Podolski will do very well and I can't see Van Persie staying injury free.

The big surprise for me is Man City. They just seem to buy players for the sake of it. Why Scott Sinclair has gone there confuses the hell out of me (well it doesn't $$$$$).

Looking forward to the midday game against Fulham :D

I think the The Ranger fans are disappointed that Ally hasn't managed to persuade Messi to join them in the 4th tier of Scottish football - after all money seems to be no problem these days for the The Rangers - now that they'll dumped on their creditors :-)

Well tiger I didn't realise the hammers had done so well, may be worth watching!
Happy with podolski like him as a player,
Looking forward to 2 moro's game

Initially very disappointed after not getting a forward in yesterday.

Sometimes it's also important to see who you've got rid of. Liverpool have had far too many hanging round the edges of the squad, reserves for the last God knows how long.

Aurelio - not even a miss. Too injury prone and not good enough anyway.

Spearing - not good enough, championship player, or low level premier league at best.

Charlie Adam - I'll be honest, I did want him, but hasn't really worked.

Bellamy - wanted to keep him, but personal circumstances won out.

Kuyt - scorer of important goals, but his first touch would never make him a Rodgers type player.

Maxi - fantastic goal scoring record for a midfielder, but offered nothing else.

Eccleston - dont think he has shown enough to be promoted to the first team squad.

Carroll - The enigma of can we fit him in or not?

I think if Liverpool had got a forward in, it would have been ok, but with that not happeneing, looks a bad window. However, I think Joe Allen is going to become a fantastic Liverpool player. Assaidi and Sahin may also do well, untried though in the premiership.

I didn't want Dempsey initially, as the first prices quoted were £12M and he's 29, with only one great goalscoring season behind him. He would have just been a slighly younger upgrade on Dirk Kuyt. At £6M it may have been a decent deal.

I would have loved Sturridge on loan, been made up for a permanent signing. Walcott for £10M would have been good.

Who knows maybe some options may be more affordable in January (especially Walcott).

If we can get through the next 4 months, and then get someone in who can be a team mainstay for the next few years, it may prove astute. I don't think we are covered for injuries/loss of form/rotation well though.

Up front/wide, hopefully Suarez, Borini, Gerrard, Morgan, Assaidi, Sterling and Downing will be enough, only time will tell.

Elsewhere, Everton have done well to flesh out their squad, which has always been thin, but a decent team.

Spurs have got a cracker in Dembele.

Man U, glad they haven't got Dembele, they need another CM. Van Persie could make a big difference. Baines would have been a very good addition.

Arsenal - who knows?

Chelsea, thin for out and out forwards. Torres will have to step up to the plate, looks better so far though.

Newcastle - The african nations may hurt them, although not till after the january window, so time will tell.

City - Only one of the 5 excites you, but price tag is not a measure of the ability of a player, being a red, I know that more than most!!!

As a Huddersfield fan, i'm not happy at all. Sold our best striker in over a decade, Jordan Rhodes, to Blackburn for £8m, and by leaving it so late we have been unable to bring in a replacement. We've signed Adam Hammill from Wolves on loan, and whilst he is a decent player, he isn't a striker so i'm a bit worried as to where our goals are coming from.
Apparently we were on the brink of signing Jermain Beckford until Leicester pulled the plug at the last minute, hopefully we can resurrect a loan deal for him next week.
