Disappointed :(

Played yesterday's comp at my home club. Weather was blowy with the showers, odd heavy one in there for good measure but compared to recent weekends not too bad.
Any way, played the front nine to handicap, nothing really special, just steady stuff, then started the back nine with a birdie, so back to +3, parred 11,12,13,14 and was feeling good but missed a 3 footer on 15 for par, I'd hit a great tee shot, 106 to the pin and made 5, on 16 I'd 143 and made 5 for bogey similar on 17, 119 to go and made 5!!
Bogeyed the last too just for good measure.

Very disappointed that I couldn't close it out for a decent score in bad conditions, especially as most the trouble on the last four comes from the tee shot, I hit four good ones

Ah well, hope you all played well this weekend.

Sounds very similar to the conditions I played in yesterday during a medal.

Started sunny, then the wind got up, then it rained and rained and rained some more. The wind was brutal. Nothing like a links but probably the worst wind I've played in for a good while.

Started to rain on the 4th and didn't subside until about the 14th.

Played to 13 in rank conditions so, hopefully, I'll get a small reduction
