recently bought a ping k15 driver and for a few weeks it did seem to help me , honeymoon is def over now as my slice has returned with a vengance,so went up the range yesterday and tried th r11, all i can say is what a club, feels great looks great, thing is now im having lessons again do i stick with the ping or go for the r11, any suggestions ????? :D

New club syndrome does usually happen with either drivers or putters the most. I would stick with it and get the lessons or the same will happen with the R11 but it will cost twice as much!

When you first got the club you were probably swinging with freedom and confidence then one bad shot happened that put doubt in your mind. Try and get that freedom back in your swing.

It's not the club. Your swing will be making you slice the ball. It's probably worth having a lesson/lessons with your local pro to try and work out the problem and get a remedy.

Otherwise you run the risk of throwing good money after bad.

im in the middle of a load of lessons, but with the changes ive made it seems the slice has gone with my other clubs its just my bloody driver that i brought thats supposed to stop you slicing that im not comfortable with, might need to have a quiet few words with it

You need to stick with the Ping and learn how to use it correctly. If you buy the R11 you will get 2 months down the line and you will be asking the same question about the next new shiny driver you have found.
Get yourself a lesson or two with a good pro who can help you get rid of any swing flaws and teach you how to hit the driver correctly.
Good luck which ever way you decide to go.

funny you should mention that, got a lesson on tuesday and was going to have a demo with the 910,always been a nike man myself never had a titleist in the bag before,so might be able to convince me :D is that the one adam scott uses ??

There was a thread a few days back where alot of k15 users were complaining of a bad slice shot. Now at no point am I blaming the club, but for a few people to all have the same problem ...,

For what's Its worth I've hit the r11 and it's friggin awesome

A lesson for £30 or £250+ on an R11. Simples. It is your swing and not the Ping thats the problem. Have a lesson and get the fault(s) fixed and the Ping will play ball again and you will kiss and make up

Is it not possible (m'lud) that all those people bought a K15 because they suffered from slices in the first place?

;)

Get an R11 - its fanbleedintastic !!!! Ive got one and boy, every one goes down the middle, I've never played with a club like it !
Hit one 298yds the other day, straight down the middle, you simply cant miss a fairway with it at all
