Just watching the Andalucia Masters, and i'm a little concerned about the search for Ramseys lost ball on the par 3 15th.The spectators pointed Ramsey towards where they thought the ball had landed,Ramsey,John Paramore, and about 30 spectators looked for the ball unsuccessfully, then seconds after Paramore declared that the allotted 5 minutes was up,another spectator approaches them, and says that he has found the ball,15 yards nearer the green, than where the search was carried out.
Now call me paranoid, but it does ask the question, with a fellow countryman (Garcia) with a 1 shot lead over Ramsey, and Jimenez close behind, did the crowd deliberately mislead those searching for the ball, and did the person that found the ball, find it sooner, but said nothing ???
Thoughts please Gents.

Hard to believe that many people and no one could say where it went till after the 5 mins?

Apparantly the person that knew where the ball went and advised after the 5 mins was Scottish so can't blame a partisan crowd. They probably had a bet on Sergio though!!

Bit of a total farce to be honest, in USA they're extremely quick with TV cameras getting the information to the pro's. Why can't they do the same with Sky?

I also can't help but feel, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Don't think the cameras was an issue as the only view they had from the tee just showed it heading towards the trees right and disappearing into the canopy. I do think it was sad that someone knew all along where it was and stood there and watche dwhile they searched in the wrong place. I'd like to think he just thought they's find it and nothing ulterior was going on but the sceptic in me thinks it smells a bit and they wanted a homegrown winner

The on course reporter said the guy who who pointed out the ball was Scottish, so no I dont think there was any foul play at all.

He shouldnt have shanked the thing in the first place!
