did anyone actually play today?

in cornwall its been lovely sunshine all day. Tee'd off at 9:20 and not a slightest sign of any of this weather you lot are having ooooop north. Wind was minimal. I played in under armour and a t shirt and my beanie.
Times like this im glad of living down here as we rarely get snow

Yep played at Tain today again rain overnight but not bad temp wise.

Not much wind, a few ice patches on the odd path.

Sunny at the moment.

I played yesterday. It was -9.5 degrees when we teed off at 8:00, but not breath of wind and a gorgeous day.

Why is it that the southern 1/4 of the UK gets snow and they think everywhere else has it? Lovely here today, a sprinkling of snow on hills but a full round at St Andrews for me.

Lovely day on the wast coast of Ireland. Only a slight zephyr not even a breeze. Just a pity we got beat in the rugby by wales. A day that encourages you to work hard in anticipation of the good weather hopefully too come.

Went out for a practice today, not that cold today and we have not had 1 flake of snow either yesterday or today. Bit foggy early this morning but overall not too bad.

I played in our monthly Texas scramble today. Great day for it, but most of the tee boxes were frozen, so big probs getting tees in the ground! Also some wild bounces anywhere near the green!

Still good to get out though!

I went around today,played so badly.
New R11 3 wood was cack.
Of course it wasnt the club.
2 good drives with it on the 3rd and 4th,couldnt hit a barn door with
it from thereon.
But loving my new Ping tour s wedges,52 and 58.
Looks like i will be dropping the Vokeys in due course.

Don't take my word for it, i only started playing in about August/September, played Herons front 9 once, back 9 once and 18 once...... none in the best of conditions but the course was ok, bit of water (ice today) on course but believe its top notch in summer..... like most De vere courses really !!!

18 holes in the morning played quite well,
the changes i made to my posture from a lesson a few weeks back seems to be paying off

so i decided to play the 9 hole course in the afternoon to :fore:
