Delayed notifications.

I often get notifications by email hours late. These are often received even after I have been onto the thread an seen the content I am being notified about.

Just received an email notification now (10.14) for this that I had already viewed and responded to.

Notifications do appear to come through in a rush and all at once with in some cases delays.
