Decided not to go a summer holiday in case we had nice weather (that worked out well).

Looking to go abroad during the Christmas break instead. Where has decent golfing weather in late December/early January?

Cheers

Same answer from me every time. Belek in turkey. Have been last 2 years and hopefully will be again in January. Courses are amazing. Hotels brilliant and weather usually between 10 and 20.

For the last few years we have going to the carribbean coast in December, last year we went to the Dominican Republic this year Mexico, great weather at that time of the year and great golf courses if stop in the Riu Palaces you tend to get half price green fees last year in punta cana the green fees were 190 USD I only paid 95USD because we stayed in the Riu Palace also Thomsom only charge you £20 for you golf clubs.
Forgot to say only 136 days before we go Mexico

South Africa - King David, Atlantic Beach and Clovelley near cape Town are all good tracks.
Thailand - Blue Canyon near Phuket is stunning
Dubai - Dubai Creek is an interesting if not stunning course
Mexico - several nice courses between Cancun and Playa Del Carmen
Or try a Sandals resort, which often have deals on including free golf, etc.

And it's in that order.

Just watch the "mandatory buggies and collection charge" which can turn free golf into not free golf!

BA won't charge you for your clubs if you fly Premium Economy or above. Virgin I believe are the only ones who don't charge anything, even in economy
