Decathlon clothes - what’s the fit like?

I am going to get a couple of polos from them.

Does anyone know how their sizing is?

I am normally between sizes so not sure whether to go up or down.

Got a couple recently in XXL the fit was good and the length was fine. Not bad for the price I thought.

I found I had to go up in size. Also, on the baselayers, quite tight around the forearms

I got some running gear from them online. Needed a size bigger in everything.
Presume their golf gear is similar sizing

I didn't much like the polos (took them back as too tight, as above) but love their golf trousers - have 3 pairs.

I have two Inesis golf shorts, but with the blue pair the colour faded out almost immediately. They now look a kind of murky grey with a bright blue button and zip still, which is weird. The fit was good and the material is nice and light though.
I have a pair of their trousers as well in 'indigo' I think, they only cost about a tenner and they're great in winter.
I also have a gilet but I stopped wearing it because it's actually too warm.
Oh I have their waterproof shoes as well, they've lasted me a solid 18 months which is good going for only £55.
