You can tell Christmas is on the way, there a new Jamie Oliver book on the shelves, Woolies have their decorations on sale and the pubs are already flogging their Christmas menus. Time for me to write my list for Santa

This year I have been a very good boy Santa and got my handicap cut and won some trophies. As a result I'd like

A new set of waterproofs, preferable something in Gortex to keep me from getting too hot

A new set of irons, not sure which but I look the look of the new Ping G10's

Some Footjoys to keep my feet dry

Oh and Natalie Gulbis wrapped up in my stocking wouldn't go amiss.

So go on everybody - time to get your lists ready for Santa - he is a busy man

Got all the gear I need at the moment, a golfing holiday to somewhere warm would be greatly appreciated and if we are talking Christmas miracles I'd love to get my destructive 'under pressure' snap hook replaced with a reliable straight shot!

I am not that fussy. I would take Miss Gulbis in HER OWN stockings. If I got her, I wouldn't need any golf equipment at all. I wouldn't set foot on a course all winter
