Damn.. Clipped a car ..

Was trying to get into a bay and overestimated the size of the gap with a parked car. Damn.. brushed it. It was not too bad as the top of my bumper took a bit of paint of the wheel arch of the parked car. The lady was still in the car, so got out straight away and apologized. A lovely middle aged lady who was very calm. She knew straight away that there was not much damage, a bit of paint loss. She told, dont worry its alright as its only a paint job. And if its a paint job then I should not worry about it as she would just use a marker. So asked me to go away. I said a few 'are you sure'.. and she was yup.

Just as we were talking, some random W**kr walked past shouting..'the lights wont work, it will cost you £500 for the paint job'.. While i insist she take my details, I saw both types of people in a 5 min conversation

Yeah, I guess my comment was based on a half decent condition in the first place. If its a wreck, it will become a wreck with one tidy panel.

I touched a car at traffic lights, when I took a tad to long to roll to a stop, the driver got ought pointing to damage that I couldn't see so I said I would give him my insurance details, "oh don't bother" he said and got back into his car. My first thought was, I bet he isn't insured.

Didn’t repair it lol it’s a bumper for a reason.. got it checked over all sound
