Can anyone recommend a specialist multi-brand fitter in the Peterborough area with Trackman or Flightscope and a proper range. Looking for some new hybrids and need to know the yardages for gapping as well as see the ball flight. Have my eye on some Adams models but would like to compare to a few others. Tried AG at Thorpe Wood, surprisingly good advice/choice of kit but they only have the Global system and it was not working in any case. The only other options that I know of within 50 miles of here are manufacturers fitting centres.

Moved here recently and used to go to Precision or Silvermere in Surrey, but would prefer something a little closer. I do travel to London frequently so Herts/Beds or N London would work.

Also looking for some new wedges (Vokeys/ Cleveland 588 or Mizunos)

Newbie to the forum, so thanks and hi to all. ;)

Only place that I can think of that you are going to get multiple brands, a rabge and a monitor is Direct Golf in between Huntingdon and Cambridge

Hi Greg,
You could try Peterborough Milton, they have a small range and now have a trackman and do fittings, but they do not sell Adams clubs. You won't find two more helpful pros than Adam or Andy at pmgc.

I think the only UK retailer for Adams gear is Direct Golf.

If you do decide to come along, let me know, and we can try to arrange that game that we talked about.

Cheers
Ian

A bit more of a trek but Steve Vinnicombe at Beds and County GC has a huge range of manufacturers and indoor fitting centre too.

Or there's Martyn Peacock at Wyboston Lakes or a Titleist Fitting Centre at St Ives.

Just seen you want a proper range - St Ives is the only one of those I mentioned who has that but Titleist only.

Steve is very highly recommended

There is a place in Northampton - will try and find the name

Certainly wont be the cheapest option but Im pretty sure Woburn would fit your remit, just a case of whether they stock the clubs you want (they stock TM not sure about Adams tho).

The pro at my club has Trackman, stocks a good range (Titliest, TM, Ping, Adams etc), and we have an outdoor range and practice area.

Pro's name is Ian Bamborough, he's part of the Foremost Golf group.

I went there last week, no trackman only global golf system, which was down and its just not as accurate, even the fitter agreed it was not worth using. They occasionally get the tour van there which has Flightscope/ Trackman. Having said that I was impressed with the fitter, knew his stuff and did not try to steer/sell me at all, but it was a really windy day and it was hard to get a fix on ball flight and distance.
Thanks for the other suggestions. Going to check them out this weekend.
