Iron head covers. Seen by some as a waste of money but what do you guys think.

Personally I use them, I got neoprene ones with clear windows on top to see the club number rather than the ones with printed clubs numbers on them. I also use a bag with 14 way top divider and keep it organised to reduce the chances of wrong club selection. The main advantage I have found with them is the massive reduction in bag chatter.

Anyone else use them or if not why not?

I used them on my MP58's to stop clanking - it worked, after 18 months and 130 rounds they were spotless...

Don't use them on the Razrs because they're, well, indestructible..!

I have some KZG ones for my bats, cost about £25 or £30 but they look after them better than anything else I've seen by far.
I like keeping them new looking for longer and I guess you could argue it might help the resale value.

My irons should see me out, so improved resale value not a consideration. Also a bit of bag clatter is the least of my worries, it is the boulders I hit when playing the odd punch shot that is more of a problem.

I've got some cos I've just splashed out on a set of forged blades. They won't stay pristine for ever but I'll keep them looking good as long as possible.

I have some. Kept my TP's incredibly undamaged and doing the same for the R11's. They are getting old and the plastic window has split or come away on most but they do the job perfectly well. No hassle taking them on or off and it definitely doesn't hold anyone up
