In August me and 3 mates are having a three day golf break. The courses short listed are Worplesdon, The Berkshire and Hankley Common. All for possibly 36 holes on the day, Any pros and cons for them that might make our decision easier

Cons the cost !!! especially The Berkshire in summer. It does have two great courses and the 36 hole deal is much better than 18 holes. Hankley is a great course as well and not so expensive. My Society played Worplesdon last summer, I didn't play, and it got mixed reviews. Not in as good condition as other local courses like West Hill and Woking.

If cost is not an issue look at St Georges Hill, playing there tomorrow, and even Sunningdale.

Fundy the last day one off my mates can only play 18. So we might use a reciprocal course on the way home.

Berkshire, then Hankley Common then Worplesdon for me then, in that order. Play boith the blue and red at the Berkshire with lunch, hope youve a decent deal arranged or got deep pockets though

Three course carvery was £31, but it is just about the best one around. The starter is bigger than most main courses, and the choice for all courses is superb. Go on treat yourself.
