County Card

Just looking at getting my first county card and I have a bit of a stupid question which is can a 1 or 2 ball book a tee time or do you need to be a minimum 4 ball?

I think you can book for as many as you like,but only the person with the county card will get the reduction in green fee....

correct...you are also better with an inter county card so it's valid in other counties

I was of the understanding that your normal county card was now accepted country wide? I know my lancs one works in at least yorkshire and cumbria.

cheers guys. The card is valid for 26 counties so I best take my golf bag when going on holiday (just hope the wife does not see it! )

Any idea what sort of discount you get as a County Card holder? It's a bit vague on the Yorkshire Golf Union website.

At most clubs you either pay the members guest rate or 50% of the green fee
