Has anyone played Cottegesmore gc in West Sussex, thinking of entering their senior open and haven't played there before so any info would be appreciated.

Played it a number of years ago, pleasant enough but nothing memorable to be honest. Should be plenty of sites with reviews (eg golfshake)

There are two courses from memory - make sure you play the 'proper' one as it looked like it had some nice holes while I was sclaffing it round the below-average visitors course.

on the basis that this is Cottesmore I would have to start with 'what seniors open?'

Griffin is the proper course at the complex

interested to hear more as I'm always interested in Opens (as long as they are run as Q comps - not the other stuff)
