I was in Costco today shopping for some Xmas bits when I stumbled across this 2 golf brolly pack for under £15 (inc Vat).

I've had a Adidas brolly before and it was quite sturdy. These are automatic open, vented canopy, pull-cart compatible (whatever that means), etc.

Quite a good deal I thought. If you need a spare brolly or as a gift idea it might be worth a look.

They look suspiciously like the ones I got last year from my sister. She got them from Costco though they weren't branded Adidas. Same style of packaging, handles and umbrella sleeve. Really useless brollies. Worthless if there is the slightest breath of wind.

I will let you know how these go but these are Adidas branded and feel really sturdy. Great as a cheap second brolley for the carry bag if nothing else.

I hope they are not the same as the ones I got. Mine are pretty much unusable in anything but the lightest whiff of wind. They may not be the same as mine, but they look suspiciously like it. Costco are known for getting "branded" products not on sale elsewhere. Often they are generic stuff that is branded under licence. That is what this deal looks like from the picture.

I bought exact same product (Except they're Callaway) last year, small one ideal for Carry Bag, other one on Cart Bag, no problems at all, both still in use and bargain price.

Out of interest does the small one have a button on the handle for automatic opening, and the larger brolly a button on the shaft? They might be the same but branded differently as you say.

Quite impressed with them I must say , sturdy and weigh more than you would think. Not seen the outside yet though but think they would hold up well in the wind.

That's them, I had a look at them yesterday in Costco and I would say apart from branding they are the same brolley, used both during bad weather and had no issues with either!
