Corded tour velvets

The Lamkin is softer and has a bit of tackiness to it.
Like the TV it's great in the rain or if your hands sweat a lot in the summer. I don't wear a glove and found the corded TV ripped my hands to bits in the winter.
I usually change once every couple of years, for me they don't need doing any more than that.
Hope this helps.

When I have had TV velvets in the past I found they quickly became hard.

If I was looking for new cord grips I would look at the GP Z grip which gets a good right up or give the Avon Tacki Mac full cord a try (adoregolfgolfgrips.com)

I'm looking for alternatives to the UTX rather than going full cord
Price of grips now is stupid.
sorry my post should have said TV Velvet cords.

I just use any velvet style grip they are all pretty much the same. If you do not mind brand names on the grips JL golf sometimes have TV or other with club manufacturers names on.
They currently have these which look like the non cord GP Zip grip.

your title says corded grips

Adore do cheaper brands such as Avon Tacki Mac

I normally have a good look round ebay to see what is up for grabs.

Avon Tacki Mac are great. I've used the full cord and rubber versions and liked them both, but the cord were just a bit too firm.
Minimal difference to me between them and GP TV, other than being less than half the price.
I'll be replacing the GP MCC grips that came with my clubs with Tacki Macs, when it becomes necessary.
