I gather the ISVs have just received the 2016 specifications. They are committed to including these changes in the 2016 software and to making this available as early in 2016 as possible.
It is strongly recommended that clubs run the Annual Review before the end of 2016 !

New thing came out this year that all ARs were to be completed by 1 Jan every year. I just presumed that the software providers had factored that in and was provided new version software with all the necessary changes now.

yeah I knew the AR had to be done before year end but didn't expect it to start this year

I'm not surprised that ISVs are very unhappy about the ludicrously small amount of time they've been given to implement the many changes which were anticipated.
