A couple of recent threads gave me the idea to post a thread where you can confess your golfing 'sins' (this does not mean you're asking forgiveness though)

It could be anything golf related that you consider a sin or could be a sin from others perspective (even though you think its ok)

Mine:

I have only tucked my shirt in on the golf course/clubhouse once in the last two years (this playing regularly on several courses)

I must admit to very occaisionally hoping my fellow competitor hits their drive OOB or into the water!
This used to be a regular thought pattern but is extremely rare these days .................. I still feel bad thinking it though!

:eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: !!!! i have done the same if i'm honest, almost got unstuck as the sun came out and i was really hot! had to soldier on!

Please tell me they weren't your Saturday morning jeans?? It's people like you that are dragging the standard of this fine game down!!!
:rofl::rofl::rofl:

Frequently become a loud, obnoxious, potty-mouth when playing badly.....or even if playing well and scuff one! :o:whistle:

Edit: Forgiveness is requested immediately afterwards tho' :D

I have to admit that I've been guilty of this, on more than one occasion. :eek:

Not so much before they've hit the ball, more when it's about to land in that nebulous region where it could go either way.

Moving my marker by a putter head width and then playing the ball from my marker. Totally unintentional but it's something that I dare say more than a few are guilty of :o
