Help needed please.
Is there an example for a correct CoC for a Monthly Medal that anyone could send me or reference please.

Also interested in this but more so for those members/players who don't show up or withdraw within 24 hrs of their start times and what sanctions other clubs take ?

In regards the sanctions - we have none for people that pull out of the competition - can’t see why a club would sanction a player if they pull out of playing ?

But have sanctions for people who don’t turn up.

1st time - a letter of warning
2nd time - one Comp ban
3rd time - month Comp ban
4th Time - discipline meeting with Comp and Captain

It then works on a 12 month thing - after 12 months if no further indiscretions then the level drops down one

There are umpteen possible individual Conditions that you may be included the the list of 'Conditions of (the) Competition).

Have you a particular situation you are wishing to cover?

But is this the sort of thing you are after. See Section B on the second page.

Thanks for that, just trying to bring the Club in to 21st Century, we have a hand written book which lists all our competitions, it lists the format, and what happens in the event of a tie!

Thought I would start with a straightforward comp and show the Comps Committee how we could/should be doing it properly.

Recognize that "Conditions of the Competition" becomes "Terms of the Competition" in 2019 and the material to be included also changes.

We have had quite a few occasions this Winter in Pairs Comps of a pair pulling out at the last minute leaving the other pair unable to play in the Comp which is extremely frustrating .

Yep it is understandly frustrating - we close the Comp off at 18:00 the night before and the only way a pay can pull out is by calling the Pro Shop the next day. If need to pull out for many reasons you can’t force people to play
