Not having a good day 
Can't seem to access any of my Autocad files or any documents in Word or Excell.
The computer didn't start up properly this morning and I followed the recommended set of instructions.
Can't quite remember what they were because I thought I was doing the right thing and didn't bother reading them.
I have unloaded Microsoft office package and reloaded it to no avail. when I try and open office documents it comes up saying Access cannot access the file it may be read only or encrypted.
I have removed Autocad and tried to reinstall it but am now getting an error message which says cannot create folder on C drive access is denied. that shows up after I pressed the .exe file.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
