Not into computers so what would you people in the know recommend.wife wants a all in one type i.e. No tower.
used for normal stuff no games will be played on it.
dont want a mac.Have about £850 to spend on one.
thanks.

That's far too much money to spend - except (even!!) on a Mac!

You can get a great system for considerably less!

By all in one you are meaning everything built into an upright 24 inch+ screen
Rather than a laptop or tablet. .

Honestly they are not worth the money, they are just big laptops with the same problems that laptops have like dealing with cpu heat and a slower spinning hard drive compared to a desktop. Unless you have a SSD hard drive installed.

You will always get better value for money and longevity with a desktop machine
Especially if it has an SSD too

Hi there, I have just the thing for you. It's not new, but I can throw in the carry bag thing that come with it. It's got Windows XP on it, which for my money was and in fact is the best Windows. It's on it's second battery, it's not an original but a far superior one from China. It fires super quick, with lots of remembering bits in it. A steal at £900!!!....but for you guv I could let it go for £850....know what I mean guv?
