Right so after 'not' getting custom fit for some clubs recently, I've decided to put new clubs on hold for a while. I am playing well right now so why change what's not broken ay?
My bag isn't complete and I'm missing the long clubs that I should have.

So I have a 10.5 deg driver.

Then the next club in my bag is a TM superfast 4i hybrid 21 deg. I Really like this club and use it for all shots over 180. Yesterday I had a 2nd shot on a par five, hit a lovely draw round the dogleg but I was 20 yards short of the green. I need some clubs to bridge the gap between this and my driver. I did have a RBZ 3 wood but it was almost as far as the driver so I sold it.

Should i go for a 5 wood?

I have a RBZ 3i hybrid but I don't like this club so its going on ebay soon. I've had it a couple of months and never been able to get on with it.

I carry 5-AW in the burners and have 52 and 56d Mizuno wedges. 13 clubs in total, the AW would go if needed.

So I need to bridge the gap but what with?

(i'm left handed so a little limited in stock choice)

drop either you AW or 52. they must be close in terms of loft!

room for two at the other end then.

4 wood

or

19 degree hybrid.

Depends really, how far do you hit your drive on average and how far do you hit your 21* hybrid on average?

A 4 wood could be a good idea or a normal 3 wood rather than a RBZ that goes as far as most drivers.

I'd drop the AW it only went back in this weekend as I knew I had spare slots. The loft is 50d Mizuno wedge is 52 but that i'd like to keep.

I hit my driver 230-240. The 4i Hybrid goes 200. The 3i hybrid goes in all directions so it's going!!

I'm not keen on a 3 wood of the deck, well I wasn't with the RBZ so that's what had me thinking 5 wood. The 4I hybrid goes lovely from all lies.

I would drop one of the wedges as having only 2* between them with such a lofted club is pretty pointless in my eyes.

How come you aint keen on a 3w off the deck? Did you not hit your RBZ well off the deck?

Yep the AW will go.

I wasn't that comfortable or confident with the 3 wood of the deck. I'd rather use the 4i hybrid and be a bit shorter but confident over the shot. To take a 3w of the deck would be a huge gamble shot for me.
