Collecting Memberships - advice?

So having (unsuccessfully) retired, I've started working in my local golf club in the finance and accounts department. We've been recommended Interbacs' direct debit management system to make it easier to collect monthly memberships and process these payments. Just wondering if anyone here works in a similar field and has experience with software that will automate this process for us?

Cos the OP is presumably plugging the stuff on the link!

Clubs sort this out with their Banks or firms like Fairway Credit... ours also accepts payments by bacs or cards.
