Clubs cleaning

Lukewarm soapy water and a nailbrush, let them steep for a couple of minutes then scrub like a madman.
Dont forget about the grips too but make sure you dry them totally.

soap and warm water.

Then I generally just use the wire brush club cleaning tool to clean mud/debris from the grooves and the paint fills.

Wipe clean with towel and Bob is your Mum's brother.

Try to only dip the heads of your clubs that have metal shafts so that you are not getting the shaft wet. Do not let water get in the hole in the end of the grip. WD40 the shafts a little after cleaning/drying.

I tend to just use warm water and a brush. Then make sure they are well dried before wrapping them up again.

Wife loves the look of the kitchen towel after each cleaning!

Any tip on this?

Treacle and a feather duster.

Is this for real? Sorry Iku but surely you don't need tips on how to clean clubs

Yup, you're right. I should have probably worded it a bit better but I was looking for tips like the one about the nail brush. Or someone coming up with a magic mixture that removes grass marks from the bottom of my driver...

I use a nylon brush as wirebrushing can ruin finishes and spin milling.

Good to know. Nail brush it is then!

My Mrs got me one specialy for my clubs when she found me using hers, I did get a punch along the way though.

IKU for stains on a polished finish, a little autosol (halfords and most other auto shops) and a soft cloth and gentle circular polishing will take it off.

Same as above soapy water etc, also got a bottle of cleaning stuff with woosnam on, can't remember the name. Bought in tesco at some crazy discount price. If I'm in a rush or get to course and been naughty and not cleaned them, quick spray, scrub with little green wirebrush thing, wipe on towel, done. You can see the grass come straight off, allegedly good for grips, bags and shoes.
