Ordered a GG jacket online and they debited my account 11th July, 3 day delivery.

day 4, no sign of jacket so emailed them, oooops, warehouse haven't despatched, will be with you in 3 days..... sorry!!!
Ok, mistakes happen.

Day 8 no sign, another email, been an error, warehouse still not despatched, we'll get it to you by express delivery.


Day 11 still no sign, another email, surprise surprise, warehouse again. Will get it by Monday (yesterday)

Finally arived this morning. Despatch note dated yesterday at 16.51.

Really pi55ed off at being given the runaround. Never had a problem before. Would rather them have been honest and say, hey, not in stock, we'll despatch when we get them in.

Why do on line sites advertise goods when they clearly don't have them in stock.

I have to say I'm surprised. I've bought a fair bit of clothing from them and never had a problem although I do agree I'd rather any online company were honest and upfront and just said it wasn't in stock (118 golf are you listening)
