Club options- West Yorkshire (wakefield based)

Hey guys,

What clubs/course's should I be looking at in this area. Is this a good time of year to join?

I don't have a handicap atm, not sure if that affects club application

Hi,
I dont know whether its a little out of your way or not but i joined West End GC in Halifax and its absolutley amazing, the course is exceptional. No joining fee either. i think it costs roughly 550 for the year.

In and around Wakey there's Lofthouse Hill, Wooley Park, Normanton Hatfield Hall. google them and see what you think, Then there are Leeds courses depending on your wallet quite a few are taking members right now without joining fees as most are low on members. courses that you couldn't get into a few years back have flung their doors open.All are easy to research ont tinternet. Hope this helps.

My Gaff is only 15 mins from wakey.

Mid Yorks. No joining fee, should get a good deal for part year, playable all year, only go on to temps when frost, until it clears
