Hi guys i do not have to make this decision for a little while but would like some advice. I am currently a member at Tall Pines golf club, which is a decent course. It is £150 a year for a junior. However it does not sound great, but i know everyone there. I play for the second team, my mum works in the bar every saturday and it is 10 minutes away . But i don't know how far this club will take me.
Know i play a little bit at Long Ashton golf club which is 20 minutes away, a little posher, but it is a much better course. It is £115 a year so it is cheaper. But i only know a few members up there and they are all men. So i know no other juniors. The junior section there is fantastic and they have produced people like Chris Wood(3rd at 2009 Open) and the 17year old 2nd best ameteur in england, Adam Carson.
HELP PLEASE any advice or suggestions welcome.
P.S there is a final option that i become a member at both?
However people are saying if i was a member at a great club and a decent club i would get bored of the decent club?
