Club awards

I am trying to find a list of awards that would be handed out at a local club maybe at a end of year dinner. Any ideas

We normally only hand out two - clubman of the year and golfer of the year

How about most improved? Either by handicap drop or by judgement of "those who know". A good award for those who strive but aren't necessarily the best.

The problem with most improved player, they do it via shots lost. When it should really be percentage of handicap lost.
