Was talking to Missis T the other day about grand parents spending to much on the grandkids. The modern way of thinking is one pressie. Works really well for Tash that one. Anyway was looking at this years top 10 expected pressies and one is a luvabella doll. I thought smart young Layla tash can have that, however £100 soddin quid for a doll, someone in China is having my pants down

It's so easy to get sucked into the whole commercial stuff around Christmas, birthdays etc. For my kids we insist the grandparents are reasonable and get them presents that aren't part of a fad. But that's just us.

My little ones first Xmas this year

First grandchild for both sides

Her parents are getting her this walker thing

My parents said they would get floor tiles we wanted for the area of our living room that's being used as her play room

Cost about £50 for each.

We have spent about £100 on her I believe I've left it to the wife apart from this rocker thing I found half price

My better half has always gone nuts on Christmas prezzies, spends a fortune on what I call tat.. except last year we did a secret santa thing with a max spend of £100 pp. Best idea ever!
