As i cant use my gps on my phone in competitions i would like a skycaddie.

Would be looking to buy one second hand.

Whats the best one to get for under £100??

Not bothered about coloured screens etc just distances

I would look at the Garmin G3. No annual subscription. About £90, only down side is that it doesn't just plug in to recharge

If going SkyCaddie...

SG2.5 or SG5

2.5 fulfils your 'numbers only needed' criteria - though it has more.

SG5 has a bigger screen which I believe you would miss if (and it's an assumption that may not be valid) you've used GPS on Phone.

Both around £60 from a popular Auction site!

Both require subscription.
