Why do you have to brag about what you've bought when by the sounds of it, you dont have 2 bob to rub together?

I'm sure your local range will be pleased to have an increase in the number of balls they have.

40 quid for a thousand ex-range balls? Sorry Mono but I can't see the point apart from saving a few quid at the range - would they let you take your own balls? if you have a practice ground at your course then you're better off getting a dozen cheap prov-1's and using them time and time again.

You see all the brown ones in the boxes? well they are the ones in the picture for sales promo, you will probably get 1000 very brown and totally knackered ones. :D

I have about 60 or 70 practice balls I wouldnt know what to do with 1000 as I dont use all the ones I do have :D

So wouldn't it be better to get some real balls to practice with? You're going to get much better using real balls than the range ones you've bought.

A dozen practice grade prov's must be a better bet....

You would've thought so...

I'd find myself struggling to be ars*d to go & fetch any of those balls i had hit with a 60° lob wedge let alone a driver.

If i were you i'd stick them back on there (if anyone is naive enough to buy them) & go & get some decent balls to practise with,mate.

I also buy rubbish cheap balls to practice with in a field near my house. I loose a lot due to some of the grass being long , plugged balls etc so I can't bothered to be constantly buying small amounts of good balls (which also means I'll care more when I loose them). Its just for practicing genera ball striking so I know when I've hit a good one and if it lands abit short of where I was aiming, I just blame it on the balls!

Well done Mono. I think that you have got the record that you wanted. Over a hundred ****"POSTS"***** in 10 days.

How can I put this nicely?

PLEASE.. Treat this Forum as a forum.
Your active participation is welcome but have some respect for others on it but I, for one, have had more than enough of the following :-

Your for sale posts;
Your wanted posts;
Your bragging (look at what I've bought) posts;
Your inability to put a sentence together;
Your inability to spell or punctuate;
Your rudeness.

I appreciate that you are only 15, still at school with a lot to learn. Treat other Forumers with respect and you just might find that you can learn from some of the wiser people on here. Pi55 them off, and you will not be welcome. As far as I know there are already several Forumers who now just block all your posts so although your count is rising, you listening public isn't.

I noticed that your last post tonight (so far) was just before 11.30 pm. Shouldn't someone your age be doing something more interesting then being on here at that time of night, or in bed?

Okay gents, I've sat on the sidelines and not said very much over the past week about this character, but I've had my doubts all along.

I will now openly state that I think mono217 is a troll !

Having looked at the structure and language used in his posts over the past week I feel that this is an adult trying to put themselves forawrd as a 15 year old !

In the past I've seen this as a challenge by users of another forum, to register and post on a completely unrelated forum and to see how long they can go before being rumbled.

Initial doubts crept in with his cover story, Bootle Golf club, name given doesn't appear on the list of playing members !

Various items for sale etc, too convenient. Various requests for items to buy, again too convenient and possibly an ulterior motive for something else.

Sorry gents but there are too many alarm bells going off inside my head at the moment to take this one seriously.

I'm with DCB on this,
Some of the posts defy belief the way they are composed,i want to block him but part of me is waiting for the next post to see how bad he can get :(
Defo concentrating on the post count most are just senseless.

Roger, DCB, you are on the money methinks.

I had actually removed the block as I thought perhaps I was being harsh but I have prooved myself to be wrong.

I definately think that we have a troll or an attention seeking halfwit who has the mental capabilities of a head-lice and can see no error in his ways.

Thank F*** I am not one of those who has been inundated with unsolicited and unwelcome PM's or I would be seriously pissed off.

I actually just think he is a kid from bootle muni who ain't a playing member just turns up most weekends.

Not very bright am sure, wet behind the ears and all that. Defo a scouser, look at his Nike air max trackies and trainees laaaaaa.

I think he is just obsessed with a post count hoping to shift some gear when he feels he has enough posts. Not going to work, everyone can clearly see he has little interest adding views with depth or thought.

Not to mention, he just talks a load of bull. Probably the kid in the playground with the fastest bike and biggest garden. Dads bigger than yours and he's been Disney world 3 times.

But.... He is a kid. I think once he realizes he ain't gonna shift any gear on here, he will get bored and move on.

It's not like you to sit on the fence MWJ. Why don't you say what you really think? :D :D

Still, if you need and hubcaps or wheels for your motors.....
