Charity Golf Day Help!!!

Hello everyone... A charity I am involved with is looking at arranging a golf day in the Derbyshire area. Does anyone know a good course that I could speak to as I am it not based in the area.

Also for anyone who has arranged a day - if you could give me any advice for the day and how to pair teams etc that would be great!
