I've got an old Callaway I-mix Aldila NV 60 S driver shaft which I'm not going to use as I've now got a Titleist 910D. I quite fancy the idea of trying the Aldila on the Titleist but wondered how easy it would be to change the I-mix adaptor to Surefit. Is it worth the hassle? I see you can get Surefit adapters off ebay for c £12 (obviously copies) but from reading reviews I think they'd do the job if used with a separate bolt

It maybe worth the hassle or maybe easier to trade the shaft for one with adaptor fitted already.
You need a heat gun and some epoxy and also check the tip sizes are the same.

Shaft puller makes it easier but also harder as you would need some kind of brace against the thread of the adaptor to hold onto it (usually the puller would be braced against the head to pull the shaft out).

Anyway low heat is the key to ensure you don't damage the shaft.

I'm sure there would be a few videos on youtube but they will certainly use shaft pullers to do the job.
