Changing putter grip

Yes, it can be done, normally by syringing solvent under the grip & working it loose or can sometimes be done with compressed air, depending on how it was fitted.

Very dependent upon the grip you are taking off. Most grips will come off with a bit of care and effort. Easiest done at home with a tool from golfsmith that slides under the grip to break the seal. If you have a super stroke grip on then.....good luck getting that off without a knife!

Has anyone been able to take a grip off of one club and put in on a different putter?

I do it all the time . Get your hands on a welding rod ( file the end round) and bend the other end at 90* slide rod under grip while putting white spirit down gap it will come off easy.
