Hi folks
Currently drive a Honda Civic, I like it, 1.8 petrol, shifts ok, big boot, but it's 61/2 year old so looking a change.
Looked at Ford Focus, Astra gtc, maybe another Honda.
I like something with a bit poke but don't want to break the bank, so 10k max, not a fan of bigger cars, and wife has an ix35 for our family car.
So looking a little help, experiences, thanks.
Oh, maybe 14 plate is what I'd like.
Cheers

I'd keep the Civic. Unless it has a littany of breakdowns and faults, 6.5 yrs is nothing these days and Honda reliability and quality is up with the best.

Mercedes C Coupe. Superb car, the C300 has a bit of punch and the interior and boot are big.
Very comfy car to drive and looks superb.

Edit: just noticed your budget. Might not be a helpful suggestion sfter all.

I've got a 2013 Ford Focus ST. Its spacious, comfy and has a nice bit of speed. I think you can pick them up for around £10k. 34mpg when I'm being careful.

I've just chopped in my Focus for a Civic.
If I want to carry a trolley and bag you need to take out the wood and get rid of the parcel shelf.

Me too , looking at a 15 plate BMW530 D Auto SE Touring in space grey , black leather , fully Loaded will get it on payday ..............EYG

Thanks folks. Day off booked in for the mora so heading to Belfast to see what's about and try a few, hopefully I find something I enjoy, if not, the wife will blow the cash on Christmas 😱Lol

I'm looking to replace my 13yr old Barge soon (Skoda Superb,03 plate..had from new) and tbh unless I go for an estate, which I don't want or some sort of SUV, the only car I have found to take my Sun Mountain C130 complete with clubs and my Golfstream trolley is a Honda Civic. Nothing else has matched it when looking around.
