change in job = getting fat!

since changing to an office job beginning of June I have put on over a stone!

Now as a skinny git I needed a bit of weight on tbh

NOT ALL ON MY GUT!!!

A lot of my t shirts are slim fit and now I look like a fat bloke with an ill fitting top

Pretty much happened to me also when I left the RAF - was a skinny rake but then piled on the pounds when I left

Gym and Pilates do the trick now :thup:

So why did you reply if it doesn't interest you? Or did you just want to moan?

I sent something similar happen when I stopped with the mobile comms stuff. Building towers and what not kept me fairly trim. That and stopping smokes around the same time didn't help
