Liverpool & Tottenham qualified for Europa League as a result of their finishing positions in the Premier League and are seeded direct to the Group Stages.

Southampton, who qualified similarly, are seeded to the 3rd Qualifying Round.

West Ham qualified via the Fair Play League and are competing in the First Qualifying Round as are Scotland's two entrants, Aberdeen and St Johnstone.

Rather emphasises the different standings of the Scottish and English Leagues.
