Celtic Manor whats it like down there

Hi I am off to Celtic Manor on Sunday 3rd what are conditions like down there with all this rain are there any floods I should look out for on the way . Any road works on M6 M5 M4

I played the Roman Road a couple of weeks ago after the last deluge (it hasn't stopped...). Course was open fine but stray from the fairways and it becomes really, really muddy. Apparently the 2010 was in better condition.

I played the Monty and the 2010 in nov and they were borderline unplayable, it's not stopped raining since
