Lots of stuff on here saying the prices are silly, however I'm looking for prices please! Just got a great deal on an overnight and want to know how much extra I need.
Any help much appreciated.

Cheers

I went to celtic last week and a pint of coke was £3:70. Magners was £6:10. Ham sandwich around £7:40. this was in the 2010 club house so not sure if the prices change in different bars. Take a hip flask filled with adsa priced jack Daniels

The Cellar Bar has happy hour every day from 17.30 - 19.00, but that's as much as I can find out, I'm afraid.

I'd thought it might be around that. Hip flask it is!!!

Not cheap, can't recall drinks prices but when we went we ended up paying £35 each for a posh buffet type dinner as it was the cheapest thing there to eat, blimmin room only cost £70

Next time I go I'll get a dinner bed and breakfast deal

Up in the hotel a pint of 1664 is around £4.80/£4.90 I think. The cellar does seem to be cheaper and it is exactly as it sounds, low ceiling, now windows. A boozers paradise

I played and stayed over at Celtic Manor a few months back and can confirm that it is £4.50 for a pint of Carling/Carslberg in the bars. Not sure on the short prices as we stuck to lager

The Cellar Bar has happy hour every evening for 2 hours which is 2-4-1 on the drinks .... get there early or you will not get a seat

Just have a wander around as there a quite a few bars ... The Piano Bar is particularly relaxing

What courses are you playing? I played the 2010 and Monty Course and found the Monty to be the better of the two (be prepared for a hefty bit of walking if you don't hire a buggy)

On the 2010 course they classed one of the holes (think it was the 9th) as the prize hole. Pay £5 and if you hit the green in one you win a free round (valid for 12months). Luckily I nailed it so sent off for me free round and the voucher came within about 4 weeks. Defo going back this year

If you don't win you get a voucher to the value of £5 to spend in the club shop
