I went down to the range tonight after 27 points on Tuesday :)

I then really did not want to carry on hitting full shots and I had to force myself to carry on!!!

Does anyone else have this problem, or is this fear of a good swing disappearing just something I have? :D

I had a group lesson last night on the range and was hitting the ball really well. The pro gave me a couple of tips to get better contact with the ball as I was not getting right underneath the ball with the club. About 15 minutes later my whole swing deserted me and I could not hit anything (had been out for over an hour at this point so I am hoping it was a combination of this and 80 balls)

Next time I am at the range I am going to stop whilst the swing is still going well so I remember how it was as last night I left the range in a mood!

I was down the range on wednesday to try and sort my slice with woods... started off with a good positive attitude, loose and after a few looseners I was hitting 2 out of 3 straight as a die and decent distances.

decided to get another bucket to try and ingrain this new found technique and promptly started slicing again... probably tiredness but now leaves me lacking confidence again... bloody golf grrrrrrrrrrrrrr ;)

I get tired after a big bucket. The tempo is the thing that goes and I tend to get really quick and then old faults creep back in. My pro keeps telling me it's about quality and one bucket is all I need and so I'm being quite rigid about it now and I do seem to maintain a decent strike all the way through without getting excessively tried or quick
